About me

I'm creative director, creative strategist
and brand strategist based in Berlin.

My main focus is on building long lasting brands by defining, maintaining,
and translating brand values to ensure
a consistent brand story, from internal
to external communications.


Also I am an author and lecturer of the course Creative Technology in ITMO, one of the most innovative universities in Russia, and teacher in the international school MADS.

Together with my team partner Masha Borzilova helped Yango to increase interest in the taxi driver profession.

As a creative lead in the digital production agency I was leading not only the communication with our clients — creative agencies and businesses — but also has been developing the new business strategy for the agency and helped acquire new clients.

Developed an in-house creative studio for one of the biggest European homebuilding companies, helped to shape brand platform and was responsible for the whole communication
of the brand as a creative director and head of communication

Creative Director

2018-2021

I was a creative director on the Google account and have been in charge of the communication of the Google Search in Russia. Besides that I have been a creative director on Yota account (big Russian mobile carrier). On top of that as a part of our collaboration with Droga 5, I was responsible for rebranding and launching the new brand identity and concept for Huggies in Russia. Moreover, I was actively involved in the creation of numerous campaigns and strategies, which contributed to securing several new accounts.

Art Director and Associate Creative Director

2016-2018

I began my career as a junior creative and quickly advanced to the role of associate creative director. I predominantly worked on the social media and digital projects of the Mercedes-Benz account, actively contributing to notable campaigns like "Mercedes-Benz: Grow up" and "G-Class: Stronger than Time." My primary responsibilities revolved around developing digital activation and social media campaigns. Additionally, we undertook an extensive project, creating a web series for the "Grow up", tailored for the German audience.

Student

2014-2016

While studying in the school I have been interning in the leading European communication and brand agencies such as Uncle Grey Copenhagen, Serviceplan Hamburg, INGO Stockholm, McCann Stockholm, has won multiple student awards including D&A and Clio.

My work process

I believe that creative process can be structured. Even though there are a lot of unknowns at almost all stages of it, its still a logical framework. Starting from the research, clear communication strategy and creative brief till the last piece of work no matter if its a video ad or a small banner.
